I attempted to cancel a life insurance policy and felt frustrated and unhappy with the communication and inaccurate feedback I received on multiple occasions. It seemed that my request was not respected as various employees I spoke with attempted to make me feel anxious and insecure regarding my decision to cancel the policy. It was a much lengthier process than it needed to be at the expense of my time and efforts. Due to my disappointment, I will not be recommending State Farm to any friends or family in the future."
